To support women in navigating their return-to-work journey.

The Returning Woman Worker Program is a structured, supportive training initiative designed for women re-entering the workforce following childbirth.

 

It recognises the unique challenges and opportunities of this transition and aims to empower participants with tools, confidence, and a strong peer support network.

To support women in navigating their return to work journey by rebuilding professional confidence, balancing personal and professional roles, and cultivating resilience and communication skills by:

 

  • Providing a structured and supportive transition in the back to work process.

  • Enhancing organisational capability in managing parental leave returnees.

  • Ensure returning employees feel valued, confident, and connected.

  • Aligning return-to-work support with organisational goals for wellbeing and inclusion.
