About this Program
CQ - Working across Cultural Boundaries is designed to help Leaders manage globally diverse Teams, increase engagement and retain staff by creating an inclusive environment in which each employee is valued, respected, and can fully contribute their talents.
Leaders need to be inclusive and ensure that the differences of diversity are honoured, and similarities appreciated. To do this they need to understand the overt and subtle bias that exists whether this is gender, ethnicity, colour, disability, age/generation, socio-economic hierarchies, religion, political beliefs or any ideologies that can cause diversity and conflict.
